Meet the panelists
Lovell Custard is the President & CEO at Murtis Taylor Human Services System where he leads a dynamic human services organization that provides behavioral health, addiction, youth, family, residential, and senior services through twelve locations to over twelve thousand individuals across Cuyahoga County.
Jenelle Hoseus, is the Chief Policy and Partnerships Officer at Health Impact Ohio and Chief Executive Officer at the Central Ohio Pathways HUB. She has spent the last decade dedicated to public policy and healthcare advocacy. Throughout her time as an employee of the State government and non-profits, she has worked diligently with a focus on healthcare reform and quality improvement.
Sue Kucklick, LPCC-S, is a counselor at theMay Dugan Center, a multi-service center on Cleveland's Near West Side. Previously, she served as the director of the Behavioral Health Department, one of the six core programs at May Dugan Center, which offers trauma-informed mental health counseling, Ryan White program services and substance abuse services regardless of ability to pay.
